helpful staff kind gesture

The helpful staff upgraded our room. this kind gesture. the room cleanliness was really great. It felt very fresh. the service felt personal.

the radiator wasnt working . this made the room cold given the windy weather. i found it difficult to sleep comfortably because of this issue.

new decoration professional check

i found a room newly decorated. it looked better than other options for the money. i appreciated the professional checkwith an escort to the room. staff showed me all ammenities and made sure i was happy.

the shower had a lack of water pressure. this made it very disappointing. also, a loud bar next door kept me awake until midnight.

the room had all necessities. the sea view was a definite plus, offering a nice outlook. comfortable beds were provided. i appreciated the cleanliness.

i found the door lock to be quite loose, raising some security concerns.

The room was clean enough, but it felt quite small and outdated (it's clear this building has seen better days). There was a distinct lack of soundproofing. I could hear every conversation in the hallway, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. I also found the limited breakfast options rather disappointing.

the double bed in my room was lovely and comfortable. the room included a smart tv which was nice. the refurbished bathroom had modern light fitting, i noticed.

i heard drilling noises at times during the day.
